Breathe Better Under Pressure

Thursday, June 25
10am PT / 1pm ET

This workshop is designed to help you use one of the most direct tools you already have for regulation and recovery: your breath.

In this 45-minute guided workshop, I’ll share the best of what I’ve learned about how to breathe better under pressure.

You’ll learn simple practices to help you prepare for challenges, stay focused and clear during them, recover more effectively afterward, and reduce the tension we often carry with us through work and daily life.

You’ll also gain a better understanding of how the respiratory system works, how stress affects breathing, and how shifting your breathing patterns can influence focus, recovery, sleep, and the way you respond under pressure.

The workshop includes guided practices you can use before a high-pressure meeting, after a difficult conversation, between calls, during a long day, or at night when your mind is still running.
