Breathing for Performance & Recovery

Thursday November 19th
10am PT / 1pm ET

This workshop will help you better understand one of the most direct tools you already have for performance, stress regulation and recovery: your breath.

In this 50-minute guided workshop, I’ll share the best of what I’ve learned about how to breathe to perform and recover.

You’ll learn simple practices to help you prepare for challenges, stay focused and clear during them, recover more effectively afterward, and reduce the tension we often carry with us through work and daily life.

You’ll also gain a better understanding of how the respiratory system works, the interplay of stress and how we breathe, and how simple shifts in breathing patterns can influence focus, recovery, sleep, and the way you respond under pressure.

The workshop focuses on guided practices you can start using right away before a high-pressure meeting, after a difficult conversation, between calls, during a long day, or at night when your mind is still running.
